Actually, Mezzo Forte wasn't considered hentai. Especially considering that the hentai scene was cut for its original relese, and was put back in for the special release. It is very violent, though.

As for the original topic, I can't reply. Or, mostly, I refuse to. Because its limited to anime, and I prefer manga so much more.

Yes, I know all my favorites are old. I haven't watched any new anime in many, many years. I was positively obsessed at 14 but, much like Japan itself, it's all become increasingly saturated into American pop culture (and Gwen Stefani isn't helping anything).

Believe me, when you're constantly checking out second-rate kiddie Manga to preteens at the library, you'll definitely wish they would start reading some real books, like they kind we have all over the rest of the damn building!

Armitage is a classic, no doubt.
