Ok, Im finally going to tell my story on how I Met my wonderful Husband Michael.

I've always been a gamer..I just was too busy to stay dedicated when it came to high school. With, Softball, Tennis, Band, Tri-M, Honor Band, Jazz Band, Community Band, Honor Roll, Friends, Homework, and trying to fit in..it was just too hard to find time to play video games.

But when the Xbox came out, I just had to try it out. I soon became obsessed with Rainbow Six 3, Soul Reaver, and Halo EC.

One day, (on msn) I jumped on, and received a random Message from some guy named Mike..I accepted his message and he started Calling me "Nick", Im like..um this is Kelly. So he asked me where Nick was, Im like..Um this is my Email Address not his..So then I started to play Xbox Live on my little brothers account Gnarkill 117, and kept getting random invites from some "Guilotined head". I joined his party and asked who it was, He said, Mike, And Im like. Is this the same Mike that is trying to Talk to me on MSN, and yeah..it was him. So we started playing, and getting to know each other.

When he finally broke up with his Ex, that he told me about. He came to me to talk it over on msn. We talked and talked and Talked!!!! Eventually I gave him my Number, and we then started talking on the phone like mad crazy!!! When March 17th came around. I didnt really feel like doing anything, So I talked to Mike all day. We then Offically started dating, Even though he didnt really want to. He knew he was going into the Navy and Didnt want to hurt my feelings if I couldnt take the extensive time periods away from each other. But I told him to just give me a chance and he did. Thank God. LOLZ

But, all was not well. I lied to my mother about who Mike really was. But later I told her he was a boy off xbox live, and she didn't actually get mad. But, She did start treating me like absolute shit. I became her personal slave. Oh no, but my brothers didn't have to do anything. The boys that were shitty grades, and had nothing to do but go Skateboarding all day. But the girl that was too busy to do anything...she had to work all around the house. sheesh!!!! My mom also became violent towards me if I didnt do her slave work.

Mike was the only person I could talk to. And I Thank God everyday for putting him into my life!

Still, life wasn't perfect. I just finished school, and wanted out! I finally had enough of my moms bullshit, So I ran. To my little brothers friends house to be exact. I stayed there for about a week..I didnt tell my mom where I was, but I did tell her that I was ok. But she soon found out where I was, Came over to get me, and Yelled at the lady that took care of me. I got into the car, Only by force, and when she entered, She backhanded me, Extremely hard. So..I opened the door and RAN!!! again...I ran about 2 miles, no shoes, in Pj's at 10 at night! I ended up staying at my friends house, and 2 days later, I had a flight to my dads house in San Diego.

I soon started seeing all my friends that I grew up with. And Melanie was the best! I spent the night at her house, when really, we drove up to meet Michael. It was amazing. It was the best feeling I have ever felt in my entire life! We only had about 8 hours with each other, but they were the best 8 hrs of my life!!! I then got a job with my stepmother, and Fueds soon formed. She didnt agree with me and Mike being together, so I screamed my head off, cause she wouldnt let me leave, and soon the police came, and told me that I couldnt leave because I was appearently under my dads custody. So technically I can do what I want. And I even asked my mom if I could leave and she said I could, but no..Police are too stupid, and they made me stay there. But, in the morning I had a flight back to Maui.

About 3 weeks later, I asked her if I ould leave, and she finally GAVE IN. She said I could leave to go live with Michael! omg! So I stayed at my friend Jessica's house, and 3 days later I was on a plane to go live with the best man on this planet!!!!

We are now, Happily Married! Living in Norfolk Virginia, and loving it! Mike works, while I do, well..nothing really, but I do play video games!

So there you all have it. How I really met the love of my Life!

I think the way you two met was cute&adorable. I wouldn't have expected for someone to meet their love on xbox! it's cute. Even though I'm probably late... congrats to you & Mike! I hope you two have a great marriage together!

As much as I love gaming, I don't think I could do nothing *but* and never leave the house. Sucks that you got stuck in Virginia though. My cousin got "stuck" in Hawaii.

I love gaming as much as any one else here, but I still couldn't do it all day (I did for a few years , but then I discovered my amazing boyfriend, and sadly... he isn't much of a gamer :/)
