So we were watching the news in Mike's parents room, and they were talking about a still-born baby who came back to life.

Mike's nephew Trevor (8): ...how can a baby be born dead? Then come back to life?
Mike: yeah, it's not like it's Christmas.
Me: Maybe this is just when they celebrate Christmas in Canada!

Friday night in Whistler, I went out with my old co-worker/friend Monica and Mike's neice, Amber (she's 20). We were looking for a bar, and on the way, we walked by 2 big girls sitting on a bench.

Girl 1: Do you have an extra smoke?
Amber: No, sorry, I'm all out.

As we're walking away, Girl 1 says "fat bitch."

Monica was the only one who heard her, so when Amber finished her cigarette, we walked back in their direction. Amber really didn't...

I discovered during ComicCon that illiara is made of magic!

The second she took my camera and tried to zoom in on a picture, THE ZOOM WORKED!

On Thursday night, illi and I met up with Ivy at a G4 party around 9:30. The party that promised an open bar actually made us pay $8+ per drink, so we left after our first. We chatted with Ivy & husband for a bit and headed to Al's room around 11:30 so he could do a shoot with illi as Faye and a few with me as Ed. We shot around the Hyatt for a good hour, then hung out with Annisse(?) and Tom until around 3am.

This whole time, Mike and Eric were having drinks (at a topless bar)...

Tomorrow! Tomorrow! I'll see ya, tomorrow! It's only a day away!!

We leave for Comic Con tomorrow! W00t! Or flight is at 3, and we don't get to San Diego until 9 since there is a stop in San Francisco. We'll probably get a taxi to the hotel and meet up with illi around 10!

illi is bringing me an Ed costume for Friday! lawlz I've never watched Cowboy Bebop, but I brushed up on my knowledge of Ed. Good thing, too... because I did not know Ed was a girl! Too bad...
