 How do you sit? I figured this'd be a good group to ask because I don't think any of us are over 30 but... I've ALWAYS sat cross legged. It's pretty much the only way I'm comfortable. And it doesn't matter what I'm sitting in, floor, couch, office chair. Hell, I even try on stools (though I usually fail on stools....) Anyway, people older than me are always telling me I shouldn't sit that way because it doesn't look right or something. Doesn't make sense to me, it seems like most of the people I know sit that way and I don't think they look weird and I can take them seriously. I even saw Natalie Portman sit cross legged in an interview one of the late night shows. And then it hit me - maybe it's a generational thing. Is it OKAY for my generation and younger but older generations think it's unbecoming? So, how do YOU sit - and do you come across as much comfort-sitting prejudice as I?

| Punk ass. Lemme *try* and explain. There are a few ways. Usually it is on my stomach with my left leg stretched out and my right leg bent up near my shoulder. My left arm is stretched over my head and my right one is draped across my right leg, kinda hugging it. Otherwise I will be on my back looking kinda like the Hanged Man card in a tarot deck but with my body bent to one side.
