god i fucking hate this woman. And she's not even really that hot. wow, an attractive woman, thats hard to find..... my problem with her is that she co-hosts a show about games and gadgets and stuff, yet doesn't know shit about them, and doesn't act well enough to cover that fact up. let morgen webb host that show, she's not as hot, but she's still pretty damn fine, and she knows her shit, at least about video games

Bah to both of you Oliva Munn is a ding-bat and Blair Butler is a over done DC fangirl, she said the best death this year was Silver Surfer in Requiem which is really? Come on! Captain America even arrested dies saving somebody, and in effect throwing the Marvel U for a loop. Requiem isn't even really cannon. At the comic shop I go to they only have countdown for those who want to read it by choice it's pulled completely from the shelf and aside from spider-man marvel is doing pretty good, Cap is awesome even without cap in it, the avenger books rock the namor mini was the shit. I dunno what does DC have Sinestro War and thats about it.

i enjoy some of countdown - it's gotten better. but dc is not just countdown. DC also has vertigo and perhaps one of my fav hero books right now, blue beetle.

cap is awesome cuz of brubaker, but spidey tanked. the symbiot virus is meh. the skrull invasion is... i'm not even sure yet, but it's not keeping my attention. fraction's punisher goes from meh to embarrassingly bad. i'm seriously digging messiah complex, but they've got bruebaker, david, and yost who are top notch writers.

i'm kinda tired of all the events on BOTH sides right now - but at the moment (and this is odd for me cuz i grew up marvel only) i'm reading more DC books than marvel. (not counting events.)

Salvation Run is great. Blue Beetle (as i mentioned), Detective (though i may have some bias there...) and if i count Vertigo and Wildstorm there's Y, Ex Machina, Fables, Jack of Fables.

They just happen to be taking more of my money than marvel right now - i assume it'll switch around in a year though - that happens a lot.

especially if marvel keeps giving more to bruebaker, david, yost, pak, and a few others instead of JMS and Loeb all the time.
